寄送方式有哪些？What are the shipping methods?

為避免詐騙，我們提供寄送方式為"超商取貨+付款"，商品將配送至您所指定的超商門市，寄件資訊的收件人欄位務必填寫真實中文全名，以及正確手機號碼。包裹到店時將會發送取貨通知簡訊到您手機，請於七日內至指定門市取貨。
取貨時請攜帶身份證，或任何驗證收件人身份的證件。付款給超商店員即可 (已經線上刷卡除外)，包裝外觀會有"鐵鳥迷"貼紙提供辨識。
To avoid fraud, we offer a "Convenience Store Pickup + Cash" shipping option. The goods will be delivered to your designated convenience store. Please ensure you fill in your full Chinese name and correct mobile phone number in the recipient field of the shipping information. A pickup notification SMS will be sent to your mobile phone upon the package's arrival at the store. Please pick up your package at the designated store within seven days.

Please bring your ID card or any document verifying your identity when picking up your package. Payment can be made to the convenience store clerk (unless you have already paid by online credit card). The packaging will have a "Wings Fan" sticker for identification.

下單完成，什麼時候會到貨呢？When will I receive the goods?

週一至週五成立的訂單，1~2 天內將依序為您出貨。例假日、國定假日暫停出貨，網站可正常下單。使用超商取貨約 3~5 天到貨。此為預估天數，實際天數請以物流配送為準。請於收到手機簡訊通知後7天內取貨。
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out sequentially within 1-2 days. Shipping is suspended on public holidays and weekends, but orders can still be placed online. Delivery via convenience store takes approximately 3-5 days. These are estimated times; actual delivery times depend on the logistics company. Please pick up your order within 7 days of receiving the SMS notification.

消費滿多少免運？Free shipping amount

單筆訂單消費滿 NT$1000台灣免運費優惠。若未達免運門檻，需負擔運費 NT$65。Enjoy free shipping on orders over Free shipping within Taiwan for orders over NT$1000. If the order does not meet the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee of NT$65 will apply.

發票可以開立統編？Can invoices be issued with a unified national invoice number?

我們依照規定開立統一發票，若您有開立"統編"的需求，請於成立訂單時於訂單備註留下 : 公司名稱及統一編號。謝謝

為什麼信用卡付款失敗？Unable to pay with credit card?

可能的原因有：
　1. 信用卡第一次使用尚未開卡。
　2. 信用卡卡號或到期日輸入錯誤。
　3. 信用卡已超過到期日使用期限。
　4. 超出信用卡使用額度或餘額不足。
　5. 信用卡授權時，網路斷線。
提醒您！請留意輸入的信用卡卡號、姓名、到期日以及卡片背後末3碼是否正確。
如果依然收到授權失敗的通知，請與您的信用卡發卡銀行聯絡。
Possible reasons include:
1. The credit card is being used for the first time and has not yet been activated.
2. The credit card number or expiration date was entered incorrectly.
3. The credit card has expired.
4. The credit limit has been exceeded or the balance is insufficient.
5. The internet connection was lost during credit card authorization.
Please note that the credit card number, name, expiration date, and the last three digits on the back of the card are correct.
If you still receive an authorization failure notification, please contact your credit card issuing bank.
